Follow the instructions below to install the Manning Networks Remote Administration Agent on your machine. The Agent allows your system administrator to remotely and transparently manage your PC.

1. This process may automatically reboot your PC. Please prepare by saving any unsaved work.
2. Close all applications on your PC, including any anti-virus and internet security software. Not completing this step may cause the Manning Networks Remote Administration Agent to not install properly.
3. Click here to begin installation of the Agent.
4. Click Run in the file download dialogue box that appears.
5. If you receive any other dialogue boxes or pop-ups, select Yes, Run, Install, or Always Allow, until the agent has successfully installed.
